A helping hand?
Not everyone was born with their head on the keyboard and connected to the Internet.
In our community, there are also people who were born in the depths of the last century or you would never have thought of them. And all of them, like the “Internet youth”, have in common that they enjoy discovering new things, or want to simplify their lives and secure their online accounts.
At OSCLOUD it’s a piece of cake. We will create an account for you upon request and if you find that the service settings are beyond your capabilities, definitely don’t give up.
What would life be worth if a person simply gave up at the first problem.

Because this project was originally created for just a few IT guys, at first glance it may seem that setting up some things is simply too complicated. But because we are trying to build a community of users, we offer you a helping hand.

We will contact you and arrange a suitable time to call us via computer, phone, Skype, or write to us via some messenger and we will make you a friend on the phone.
Remember, there are no stupid questions. You can crochet, fix a car or make great coffee, we can set up a computer and services. And there is nothing stupid about helping each other. Not in the community.

I wrote and nothing happens
We really try to make our community grow and if you need any help, we do everything we can to get you help as soon as possible. The truth is, however, that since this is a community project and as we said “when you don’t count the time…”, we all have jobs that our loved ones consider essential because they help us pay the mortgage and bills.
So if we don’t answer right away, don’t despair, Zdeněk is deep in the depths of his work programming and administration,
Ivan is somewhere far away on the road, but we haven’t forgotten about you. We will get back to you as soon as possible and solve the problem.
